This is the new Health Questionnaire form that students who had a valid sports physical in 2019-20 (completed on or after April 15, 2019) can complete with required signatures to meet the pre-participation health status for 2020-21. This is in response to COVID-19 recognizing that it may be difficult for our students to obtain their athletic physicals. If you wish, you can still schedule a physical with your physician, but it won’t be required this year as long as the health questionnaire is on file.
As new information is released to us regarding fall sports, we will keep you updated. We are still hoping that we may be able to do some athletic activities this summer.

Our food pickup and delivery will continue for the next five (5) Tuesdays. The entire month of June, Reed City Area Public Schools will provide meals to the community. The day, time, and procedure will be the same as it has been since the shutdown.
